My name is Trudy Lacefield and my husband Steve and I have looked at Lindow Contracting homes for many years before we finally purchased one. We loved the way they were all different, not cookie cutter. We appreciated the way he put his unique extra touch on the homes, not just your basic builder quality.
In 2010, we decided to sell our current home and buy land so that Todd Lindow could build our next home. Todd was great to work with. He listened to our concerns and wants. He answered any question my husband or I had. The crew tirelessly worked to finish the home on time. I never had to call and complain that no one was working on the home. There was always someone there, and they were very pleasant when we would drop by with the kids to check things out. Lindow Contracting completed our home on time, and more importantly, on budget! I am very pleased with my home; we have enjoyed it very much!
If we ever do build a home again, I would use Lindow Contracting to build my next home as well. I recommend Lindow Contracting to all my friends and family. It was a great experience, and fun!!

As we approach the end of 2011 and have now been in our new home for more than a year, we are so thankful for the wonderful experience and opportunity we had in partnering with Lindow Contracting to build our new custom home. My husband and I had already owned our lot of land; two acres of undesirable, overgrown lowland that was less than ideal for a new home site. Todd and his company guided us with their knowledge, expertise, and professionalism throughout our entire experience. They offered us their undivided attention, and welcomed our input and desires for our new home. One desire was for our home to have an aged appearance. With Todd’s longtime relationships with his subcontractor’s, he was able to work closely with the masonry crew to design a look that now sets our house apart from all others. He created our very own dream chateau for an affordable price.
We are so pleased with the quality of Lindow Contracting’s craftsmanship and it continues to impress us, especially as it has been reinforced numerous times by compliments of friends, family and even strangers. The outside design of the house is impressive in itself, but the quality of the craftsmanship carries through to the inside of the house as well. It is evident throughout our home, especially in the kitchen and bathroom tile work and design, rounded drywall corners, trim work, crown molding, archways, and unique stonework of the staircase and fireplaces. Even the outside decks and screen porch, doors in all, were custom designed and built by Lindow’s crew.
We are so thankful that we chose Lindow Contracting and look forward to creating many memories and spending many happy years in our home. We would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting the vision of their dream home brought to reality through experience and expertise.
